Advanced ingredients in this eye treatment smooth crow's feet, brighten dark circles and reduce under-eye puffiness. The key ingredient in this eye cream, PSP, is a complex blend of growth factors, cytokines and interleukins. This gentle formula also deeply hydrates and nourishes the delicate eye area.
This kit contains two bottles of Neocutis Lumiere Eye Cream (0.5 fl oz).

After trying this product when it first came out years ago, I was hooked. I have never since used any other eye cream. I don’t need to. What I like best is that, unlike most beauty products, this cream actually improves the skin the longer it is used. Whenever I wear it in combination with Neocutis skin cream I’ve had strangers off the street compliment me (two or three different times) for having skin that “glowed.” On different occasions these strangers all used the same word! Glowed! One must be careful where to purchase it from though. I once bought a bottle off ebay and could tell right away it was not the same cream. Somehow, someone must have substituted the contents. The real product works instantly and keeps improving over time!
