I waited several months to review as I wanted to give the device a fair chance. I’m skeptical of “at home” devices being effective. I get professional laser and microneedling and was not expecting to see visible results from but was looking for something to help maintain results in between professional treatments. I read a ton of reviews before buying. People give it high ratings for effectiveness and bad for malfunction. So this is not in anyway close to a prof treatment, I’ve seen zero results and I can’t feel anything on face when using. think it may be more beneficial for someone younger in 30-40s. The bigger issue is it constantly malfunctions and needs to be reset and and the app deleted and reinstalled- this is a bit of a process and is just annoying enough for me to give it a low rating and likely relegate it to a cabinet for eternity.

I have been using this device religiously since I purchased it and it has definitely made a difference. I love that there are different activators you can use and the app is super helpful with reminding me to do my routines at night. This device is the perfect size and fits right into the palm of my hand. I enjoy that it has three levels just in case I don't want to have such an intense treatment for that day. The brush it comes with was also the best tool to help apply the gel before using. I can tell the skin on my face is tighter and my cheekbones are more defined for sure. Overall in love with it!
