Ionic Deep Pore cleansing technology uses an ionic brush head and inductive strip, which work together to release positive ions that allow the dirt trapped in the pores to be effectively removed.

1. Prior to first use, charge the device for 3 hours using the USB cable that is provided.
2. It is recommended to remove makeup before using ORA glow, as using it with makeup on may stain the brush bristles but will not affect the device's performance.
3. Wet your skin and the brush head with warm water and then apply your cleanser directly on the brush head.
4. Turn the device on by pressing down on the power button until the device turns on. To turn off the device, press down on the same power button.
5. When the device turns on, it will initially be set to the lowest Gentle cleansing mode and one green light will go on. To switch to other modes with higher speeds and faster vibration, simply press lightly on the power button. The second Regular mode (indicated by 2 green lights) is suitable for normal skin cleansing. The third Deep mode (indicated by 3 green lights) is optimal for deep cleansing.
6. To activate the device's Deep Pore Ionic Cleansing functionality, hold the device handle so that your hand is continuously touching the ionic induction strip on the back of the device. This will enable the device to remove dirt that is deep within the pores.
7. Gently move the ORA glow brush over your face and neck area using small and slow circular motions. Begin on the forehead, then work your way down the rest of your face and neck. Washing the face should take 1-2 minutes.
8. Do not press the brush too hard against the skin, as this will reduce the effectiveness of the device. Simply let the brush glide over the skin surface.
9. ORA glow is automatically programmed to turn off after 3 minutes of use and you can turn the device back on if you need to use it longer.
10. After use, rinse the brush head with water and let the brush head air dry or dry with a towel.
ORA glow is gentle enough to be used everyday on all skin types and ages. This device is waterproof and may be used in the shower or bathtub. Do not charge the device while bathing and avoid submerging the device in water.

I initially really liked this product, but after 2 months it completely stopped working right. It takes forever to turn on, won't change power levels, is difficult to turn off, and even starts on it own while I'm gone and falls to the floor. I reached out to customer service and the product rep about these issues, and they were not able to ameliorate the issue. Unfortunately not a quality product.

I absolutely love this ORA Glow Facial Brush. This sonic brush does not spin, nor do you need it to. Spinning brushes can pull delicate facial skin - no thanks! Gently use small circular movements. I suggest starting on the lowest level and only using a higher setting once or twice a week. Because of the ionic feature, it is not uncommon to get a couple of pimple or white heads as the pores are deeply cleaned. This will resolve within days as the pores are cleaned out. My pores are noticeably smaller! I use a very gentle toner after cleansing and apply my routine skin care. Truly Amazing!

I use to use a Clarisonic brush which I loved, but when they were no longer available, I switched to a a different brand. For me, It was ok- I never felt my face was as clean as it was with the Clarisonic and I felt my blackheads and pores were more noticeable. I used it for 3+ years but was always looking around for something more like the Clarisonic. Well, it fell and broke in the shower so I was forced to find something quick. I was deciding between another of the same brand (even though I wasn’t a huge fan), a different brush, and this brush. I ultimately decided on this brush because it seemed more like the Clarisonic. I am glad I went with this brush, it took a little getting use to because the bristles are on the outside and the ion plate in the middle but I’ve had it 2+ weeks and I feel like my skin is cleaner and brighter (less visible pores and blackheads). It seems sturdy and of good quality.l. I am not looking forward to having to by brush heads again but so far, that has been its only drawback for me.
