Roll EPIC around the face, neck and any body parts you are trying to treat as EPIC can be used safely anywhere (be gentle on the eyelids and nose or you can skip these areas)
Start 1x per day with very light pressure on the skin, as if it is barely touching the surface as you roll it around the face.You will want to lift it off the skin to roll the next zone. Be gentle on the nose or skip it. Be gentle on the eyelids. Increasing to twice daily use and using more pressure is something you can modify over the first week or two.

This definately does what it is supposed to. As a matter of fact, after I am done "rolling" with this, my skin is fairly dry, in a good way not a bad way. I like know that I just pushed it all into my skin and I don't have to worry about it rubbing off on to my pillow.
