I'm not super impressed with this cleanse. My blemishes didn't go away after the ten days. I heard they work best if you limit your dairy intake, which I didn't really do. Maybe I would've had better results if I did that. I don't think I'll buy a second round of these. YMMV though because I've heard some people have great results with this cleanse.

After completing the 10 day detox, (without drinking any alcohol & eating a cleaner diet than usual) I felt my skin less inflamed, however, the several blemishes I started the detox with have remained. The rest of my skin feels good however, I would say it did help my digestive system and mood overall. I wouldn't take to combat blemishes but DEFINITELY for mood and gut!
