Life can be pretty rough on feet, but with patchology PoshPeel Pedicure, you can achieve smoother, brighter skin in just one use. This peel features a blend of alpha and beta hydroxy acids, including glycolic, salicylic, lactic and citric acids, to gently exfoliate rough soles and heels. Grapefruit extract and apple fruit extract work to brighten skin and promote a more youthful appearance. The foot masque sock is worn for 60 to 90 minutes. Peeling will typically start within the next two weeks and last for around three to seven days.

One Step at a Time
Step 1: Pour the desired amount of Activating Essence into one of the Foot Masque Socks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining.
Step 2: Place your foot inside the sock and seal with attached closure. Repeat for the other foot.
Step 3: Wear for 60 minutes (or up to 90 minutes if greater exfoliation is desired).
Step 4: Remove socks. Thoroughly rinse and dry feet.
Progressive peeling action will take place over 3-7 days. This treatment can be repeated every 30, 60 or 90 days.

Quick Note First: Patchology website says soak feet in warm water for 30 minutes prior, but the packaging says to soak in water 10 minutes before and after. I hadn't ever used a foot peel before. First try I soaked for 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after and left the booties on for only 50 minutes because I had read horror stories of allergic reactions. Pretty much nothing happened over the next couple weeks. There was very light flaking I noticed when I took off my socks after a week, but otherwise pretty much nothing happened. The second try I soaked my feet for 30 minutes prior, left the booties on for 65 minutes, and did not soak after. 8 days later the peeling began and lasted a little over a week. Success! It's been almost a month now and my feet are so soft. There were two areas that were significantly callused that aren't 100% gone, but smaller and softer than the starting point. Definitely on the repurchase list.

It’s a pretty straightforward process, and you can get away with walking in the booties if you are careful or just put on slippers over them. . I left the mask booties on for about 90 min. Peeking took a solid week to happen. It didn’t get as much of my tougher calluses from rubbing off, but it did an overall good job of smoothing my feet at this first pass. I would recommend.

This really works! My feet were not in bad shape, but I decided to try this anyway after the summer and a lot of sandal wear. I use an alpha hydroxy type foot cream every day so I didn't have a lot of callus to get rid of and they were pretty smooth and moisturized. However, I used it and followed directions and soaked before and after the mask. Nothing happened for a really long time and I wasn't sure it was going to work. I just figured I didn't have any skin to exfoliate. But all of a sudden about a week and a half + in, I could see my feet getting "dry" with cracked spots. Not dry, but the beginning of the peeling process. And they really peeled. Nice soft skin underneath. I would definitely repurchase. No irritation whatsoever.
