Hello. Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can mix a hyaluronic acid serum with a glycolic acid serum. Glycolic acid is an exfoliant that can increase skin sensitivity, and combining it with other active ingredients like hyaluronic acid (which is typically very gentle) can be helpful to maintain hydration. However, glycolic acid can cause irritation if used in high concentrations or combined with other strong actives like retinoids or vitamin C. Glycolic acid should generally be used 2-3 times a week (depending on your skin’s tolerance) and is best used in the evening since AHAs can increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun.
