I LOVE skinceuticals B E serum and I wanted to give this a try. It is not as thick or as hydrating. I apply it in the evenings and I wish it was a bit thicker. As far as performance, I haven't noticed anything life changing yet. I've been using it for about a month or two.

Pricey for not being able to see significant differences?

I received a sample of this product last year at a time when I had a really basic skincare routine. I was really excited about the results that I saw from that sample. After a year, I justified biting the bullet and paying for a full-size version of this product. Overall, I don't have any complaints about the product. I think it does what it says it will do. Do I want more from a product at this price point? Yes. I think it can be doing more. So far, after about three weeks with the full-size product, the results that I'm seeing in my skin feel a lot more subtle than when I tried the sample. I think that's because my routine changed and I added more steps and products within the year I waited to purchase this. Sadly, though this is the most expensive product in my current routine, it doesn't feel like the heaviest hitter and, at this price point, I want and expect it to be. Frankly, I was more excited about the results I saw from a sample I received with this product. We'll see - maybe this is a "long game" product and I'll look like a model after I'm done with the bottle. If that's the case, I'll update this review to let you know. For now, the advice that I would give to a friend is to consider saving their money on this product because I think there are cheaper options that could do something similar.
