Apply a quarter-sized dollop of mask to wet hair, working from mid-length to ends.
For fine to medium textured hair: Leave on for 2 to 5 minutes, then rinse.
For coarse and very dry hair: Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse.

My hair is thick, dry and dull. This mask makes it soft and shiny. This keratin mask is the one to go with, it actually improves the condition of my hair itself. My hands even are more conditioned after using this mask. This mask might be a bit heavy for folks with thin, limp hair, but this is PERFECT for thick hair.

The mask was dried out, stiff, and appeared to be an old lot/batch. Photos I've seen of this product show a much more emollient texture, so I assume the mask I received was off. Don't know if the efficacy was also compromised. While it made my hair softer, I was expecting more from Phyto in terms of results.
