I have a few LED products and this one is annoying to use so, therefore, it doesn't get used that much. I'm not sure if it's effective because it's a nuisance. I think ease of use is the most important thing with devices. That said, the heat does feel good on some joints where I have had repeated dislocations. But so does a hot washcloth.

I bought the blue light therapy a while back. But my friend has this red one. I have tried my friend's red light therapy device a couple of times and WOWWWW. I have tons of acne scars. This helped fade and remove my acne scars. This is truly a miracle product. I have tried tons of creams and products to fade/remove acne scars, and nothing worked. But this red light therapy, wow. It works fast and effectively. Quasar Bio-Tech is the best when it comes to these blue and red light therapy stuff. I am going to save some $$$$ and buy my own, so that I don't need to ask to borrow my friend's Quasar MD red light therapy device. This is truly the best. Especially since you want to fade and remove your acne scars quickly.
