Helped to brighten my dark brown color between coloring sessions, hide the emerging grey hair and soften my thick hair overall. It DOES appear to stain hands, but I found that it completely rinsed off of all surfaces, including my skin, with ease. I regularly use white towels, which become tinted blue when I use this shampoo/conditioner (!). But no fear…when I launder them in hot/warm water, they return to their bright white color. No stain issues for me.

This really works for brown hair if you have brassy highlights. I gave it 4 stars because of the smell. I am super sensitive to smells and this has a strong smell but it is a really beautiful smell just sensitive. The smell will not prevent me from using it. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner I am not sure you need to use both at the same time but I do. This is a great fix for brassy hair in-between coloring

This product conditions the hair well and smells great. I have naturally brown hair with no color in it, so I cannot attest to how well it works on color/highlighted hair. I also use it with the blue shampoo as well. Just make sure you rinse your hands and shower well, it is very blue!
