After shampooing with Extreme Bleach Recovery Shampoo, wring hair and apply 1 - 4 doses to mid-lengths to ends based on hair length. One dose is equal to 10mL (see dose markers on the side of the bottle). Work into a light lather and rinse. Follow with Extreme Bleach Recovery Cica Cream Leave-In Treatment.

Long story short- I am 50 and was diagnosed with RA, and three other autoimmune diseases that caused extreme inflammation in my body.
