I have tried many dry shampoos, but I like this one the best. It does not weigh my hair down like other dry shampoos. It has a nice smell and it does absorb any oils in my hair. I wash my hair every 3-5 days depending on how active I have been. Usually on day 3 if I can't wash my hair, I spray a small amount into my root area where it looks a little dirty/oily. I then comb it in and it looks fresh. I also lightly spray it into my bang area to give it more volume. The small can goes a long way.
