If excessive drying of the skin occurs, start with one application a day, and then gradually increase to two or three times a day if needed or as directed by a physician. If extreme dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
Acne Gel 10%: Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying. Apply a thin layer daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily. If bothersome drying or peeling occurs, reduce applications. If going outside, use a sunscreen.
All-trans Retinol 1x Serum: Avoiding eye area, apply 3-4 pumps to clean skin once a day, in the evening or as directed by your physician.

I have been using this kit for several months for my adult acne, and I am very pleased with everything in it! The cleanser is deep cleaning and the Gly/Sal pads work their magic into the skin appropriately. After I dab on the acne cream to problem areas, I finish up with the Retinol repair cream. This cream in a pump is amazing, you don't need a lot but it covers well and makes your face feel like velvet! I have been challenged with acne since I was 14 and now at 65, it still causes issues.
