I read recent reviews on Amazon & found similar issues. My order of this cream arrived a tan color instead of the creamy white color it’s supposed to be. So maybe it’s old or there’s a problem with the ingredients now. But worst of all it was like putting a light weight lotion on with ZERO AHA/glycolic acid in it. I have lower strengths of 10% & less in other brands & you feel the acid effects & slight sting .. nothing with this cream & maybe the PH is off or they don’t actually have 20% in the cream. I’m sorely dissatisfied was looking forward to a good 20% cream. I gave it two stars instead of 1 because the cream itself felt nice & decently moisturizing but didn’t last long but as noted it was like it has zero AHA in it.

This is a great dermatologist recommended Glycolic Acid cream. It takes quite some time to build up to the 20% strength. I use it a few times a week alternating with Retin A. Gives my skin a great glow. If I keep up using it about 2 times a week I don't get the irritation and as much sting. If I haven't used it for a bit, I dilute it with a mild facial cream until my skin is used to it again. I minimize scrubs and physical exfoliators since I use this. I highly recommend a person works up to this strength.
