Full disclosure - I have used this body treatment after Coolsculpting in the past. It was helpful, but not earth shattering. Well, I recently gained and lost 30 pounds within 1 year. “Ozempic butt, arms, legs and etc…” is very real. Gaining and then losing this weight in 2 year left me with creepy skin on my upper arms and above my knees. This body treatment, as well as increasing my water intake” has made a noticeable difference. In the next 6 months, I’m looking to increase light weight training to further tighten the skin and increase muscle tone. I believe that internal and external treatments must be combined to truly tighten skin. Alastin TRANSform Body Treatment is the absolute best external treatment! It’s expensive, but a little goes a long way.

Works to a certain extent
I see improvement in skin texture on my thighs. It works great to make my upper arms look less crepey. It’s not perfect because only surgery will do that, but there is definitely improvement.

I love Alastin products and the science behind them. I have been using this body treatment and moisturizer for about 4 months. The product is lightweight and not greasy. I have not noticed a difference in fine lines or cellulite, but my skin looks supple and hydrated.

I started using this product after a procedure I had and it definitely helped. I love the way it feels so I have continued to use it to help firm my loose areas. It does seem to be working. I gave it 4 stars because of the price and how fast I go through the product. It does feel wonderful on my skin.

I went through a full bottle of this before reviewing, as the manufacturer states results take 8 weeks. Honestly can't see much of a difference after twice daily use for months. It does help a wee bit with crepey, loose skin and cellulite, but not enough. I'm going to give the similar SkinMedica product a try. It's a great idea, but it just didn't work very well for me.

Smells Absolutely Horrible
I have no idea if this will work because it smells so bad I’ll never use it. I put it on one time even though it is so foul, hoping the “aroma” would dissipate after a few minutes. Hours later it still reeks and I need a shower before I would be comfortable going in public.
