Work but causes reaction
Product works but causes a reaction around my eyes. They look as if they are severely burned and the company cannot explain why.

Worked for awhile, then stopped.
This product was great the first time I purchased it. For some reason, the second time I am using it, it's not producing ANY results. I'm wondering if my lashes have just gotten used to it? Too bad, cuz it's pretty pricey to not work any more. :-(

Sad this didn't work
I have heard great things about this serum from friends. I know it works based off their experiences, and I wish it worked for me. Unfortunately, it was too irritating for my eyes! Every morning I would wake up, my eyes would feel super dry, and they would be bloodshot. I tried this product 3 times, and I got the same result every time. It's such a bummer because I wanted to love it!

I've been using four to five weeks now and have seen no noticeable growth. After I apply the serum to my lash lines, they feel red and puffy. The puffiness resides, but I do have what looks like irritated lash lines. I notice the redness, but no one has commented otherwise. I'll continue to use for a few more weeks. If I see no difference, I will be disappointed. It's perplexing because I read reviews where women have great results. I'm not allergic to anything and can use almost any product without consequence. We'll see how this progresses.
