Recommended Post Treatment
I've used this on and off for years. Recommended by esthetician and derms post procedure. This being said there are newer versions of this product, with different feel and also from other brands. This one is thick and white but good for sensitive skin.

Helps with sensitivity
I have rosacea and very sensitive skin that is easily irritated, this cream really helps it calm down. I use the Avene Cicalfate Post-Procedure cream as my daily moisturizer. I have somewhat oily skin still even at my middle age and this cream does not leave me greasy looking, it absorbs well. It also works well with other products, I use it over the Azelaic acid gel that my derm prescribed for my rosacea and no problems. I will keep buying this as long as it keeps working good for my skin.
