I consistetnly re-order Avene Hydrance Boost
I have tried so many brands, so many formulas...from expensive to more expensive to reasonable. Avene's Hydrance boost falls in the reasonable. I can't say if it works better or worse than anything else I have tried, but I trust the brand. They make a line of products for sensitive skin. I have gone through several bottles without any adverse reaction and that is what I am after. It has vit. B3, thermal spring water, glycerin and the all-important hyaluronic acid. However, it does have further ingredients (does it really need to?) and I do prefer a cleaner ingredient list. My zero-rating goes for the added fragrance. My first question is, why would sensitive-skin line add any fragrance? My second question is, why this fragrance? It is offensive like a cheap perfume; but it does not linger. The scent alone almost made me never buy it again. But in the end, I can tolerate it.

Truly a Boost!
I have enjoyed using this product especially on my neck and decolletage as a primer for my peptide moisturizer. Since it is summer, my other Avene skincare products seem to offer enough moisture for my face. However my neck seems to be dehydrated and I see some sun damage on my chest. I love the fact that it is easily spreadable. You do not need to use much. It feels luxuriously rich and it seems that the peptide moisturizer "clings" well to it. I will definitely buy again and try on my face this winter!

Just okay
This serum is hydrating but I didn’t feel like it did anything for my skin, and my skin looked more dull after using it for a good week. So I just think my skin doesn’t need it.
