Ok, so this is a great sunscreen for going on vacation. I used this on my recent Caribbean cruise, and I had zero sun damage, no breakouts, and I liked the matte finish for reapplying. However, for daily use, this isn’t for me. It really does leave a super matte finish and leaves a little bit of a white residue, even on my fair skin. I would recommend this for acne-prone skin and for times when you need waterproof protection, but for daily use and to get that radiance, stick with a moisturizer with sunscreen like Avene’s Hydrance SPF 25 or Obagi 360 SPF 30.

Better than La Roche Posay and SkinCeuticals mineral fluid.
This is even great for dry skin, it just has a way more matter appearance compared to the other sunscreen lotion from Avene. This is the bomb!

Not matte at all
I had high hopes for this sunscreen after reading the reviews, but this one is not matte at all on me. It made my medium-dark (nc44) skin look purple. I tried to blend it in very well to get rid of the cast. It is not easy to blend when comparing to other amazing sunscreen textures I have tried. The cast was minimal after a lot of blending, but it did not blend well near my hairline at all. I look shiny, and if you touch your face, you will feel it. I have combination skin. Normal everywhere else and oily in the t zone.
