Moisturizing
I purchased based on a review by a Derm on Instagram. I previously tried Peter Thomas Roth Eye Gel with Retin, which I loved, but had purchased on sale and regular price is steep. Decided to try this esp with winter around the corner. This is very moisturizing but have only been using a few weeks, and cannot advise on the effect on my crows feet, etc. So far, a very nice moisturizing eye cream that I hope will show some benefits after 1 months.

I have extremely sensitive skin, this does not burn. It's super delicate I cannot comment on its efficacy as I have not finished a bottle. Beware of it falling. My pump broke off and you cannot reattach it. So I have wasted product now.

Used this product based on Dermatologist suggestion. It seems to not dry out my skin but I have yet to see any long-term effect from its use regarding fine lines and wriinkles. I will continue to use it and hopefully I will see improvement in lines.

I haven’t used this for long; I enjoy the feel of the product. The mild retinal is gentle yet I can tell the texture of the skin around my eyes has improved. I think the crows feet are a lost cause although I will be grateful for any improvement. We will see.

Similar to other retinol eye products
I have heard great things about this product from a number of dermatologists. In my experience, it is not less irritating than other retinol products from the drugstore but it is more expensive. I'm sure it takes months to see any results so I can't speak to that yet.

I can't review the product's effectiveness, as I wasn't able to use it long enough to see any results. I used it once and my undereye skin was red and irritated. I gave it a couple weeks' break and tried again and had the same problem, so I will no longer be using it.
