I have combination skin and I live in the tropics. This moisturizer provides enough hydration yet it's not too oily, making it a good moisturizer for night and day. Calms down irritated skin too.

Soothing. Good for rosacea.
Purchased this to relieve a rosacea flare-up caused by trying a new micro-day tinted sunscreen. Although it took over 2 weeks to completely calm my red, irritated cheeks down, this soothing cream was central to healing. Not greasy, but it goes on a little 'wet' looking. Soaks in after a couple of minutes. I can put sunscreen/makeup over it without any issues. No discernable fragrance. I already have a second tube on-hand, just so I don't run out. Will repurchase.

A little too lightweight
Avene is one of the only brands that doesn't irritate my skin. I bought this one hoping it wouldn't bother my workout acne, and it's good for that. But, my skin feels dry after using it, and it doesn't soothe my skin's redness. I'll keep using it for workouts, but not for work.

Great for sensitive skin
I had damaged my skin barrier from over exfoliating…. This was the only moisturizer that did not burn my skin and drastically helped me get my skin back to “normal”. I would repurchase this again.
