Clumpy & Smudgy
It went on all in a big clump and I was always wiping it off the bottom of my eyes. Looking for a new product. Very disappointed.

Clumpy/Messy
Clumps badly around top of container and on brush, creating a mess. Not just a little but a lot. Waste of product (and money, which I cannot afford to lose in this day and age).
