I haven't tried a Bioelements product that didn't feel amazing on the skin. CreateFirm is no exception. As for it's efficacy, I can't say that it has changed my skin noticeably. It is slightly moisturizing, but I have not seen any firming effect. I probably won't be repurchasing this one. I'm using only Bioelements skin care at this time.

Have used Create Firm for several months and it works pretty well. But you have to use it morning and night or the effect doesn't last. I like the product and will continue to use it but it seems I go through an expensive bottle of it very quickly.
