Will keep looking for the perfect toner
As expected, it removed leftover traces of makeup after washing. Left my face a little "tacky" to the touch, which I wasn't crazy about, even after it had a chance to dry/absorb. Love the Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash, so I thought I would give their toner a try also. Don't love their toner as much. Will try a different brand when this one runs out.
