As far as taste goes, this tea is just ok. It does not have a lot of flavor and tastes kind of plain. However, it helps a great deal with bloating and water retention. I have lost a few pounds of water weight after drinking this every night for about a week. My stomach hasn't been this flat in a while! I will continue to purchase!

I can taste the blackcurrant and cinnamon, in particular, along with something that is probably the red vine. Very nice break in my day; I can see myself drinking this daily, and have already purchased a couple more boxes, to ensure that I don't run out. I find that it takes a few minutes to steep fully, and the tea bag is not reusable for a second cup, even if steeped for a brief time at first use.
