I bought this since Caudalie's Purifying Mask is no longer being made. My skin had a tight, dry feeling after using the Instant Detox Mask. I never felt that way w/ their Purifying Mask - which is what I loved so much about it. As much as I like the Caudalie brand, I will not buy this particular product again. It is not the best match for me or my teenage daughter. We both tried it & felt the same.

If you are new to this product, remember it is truly a detox mask. I would recommend you be prepared for your skin to purge whatever oil/dirt/debris your pores are hanging onto, so you may experience an initial breakout, but the results are worth it!

I have been using this mask a few times a week for the last year or so and I've really seen an improvement in my skin. My blemishes seem less irritated and inflamed and I've also noticed the pores on my nose seem to appear smaller if I use this 2-3 times a week. In addition to using it on my whole face, as soon as I feel a breakout start, I put a bit of this mask on as a spot treatment for a couple of minutes, and in a few days the blemish is gone!
