Clinicians Complex Facial Toner
This was recommended by a friend and so far I really do like it. For me the "tingle" is perfect, enough to feel like something is going on and no so much it is uncomfortable. I gave this 4 stars because I am a new user and need time to evaluate it thoroughly.
