Fantastic product, but current dispenser design doesn't work
I love Sunforgettable, but am very unhappy with the current design. The powder doesn't dispense as well as the older model (not quite sure what they changed but it doesn't work!). It barely comes out, if at all. I have saved / cleaned my older dispensers and like to refill them, but this model doesn't have the screw off cap on the end, so I can't even get the powder out to transfer it to one of my older, functional dispensers. I ordered a three pack and none of them dispenses properly. That's very disappointing as this is an effective, water-resistant powder sunscreen and as someone who reapplies throughout the day, it's a game-changer to have a powder option instead of having to put lotion on over and over throughout the day (which leaves me feeling greasy). I have been using this for close to 10 years, I believe. Please go back to the older dispenser, bring back the refills (a tube of powder only, which can be added to an existing dispenser) and include the screw cap on the end again!

I've purchased 2 of the Brush-On Shield and the first one never worked. I disposed of it. After reading a review someone posted having the same problem getting a replacement that worked fine, I decided to try it again. The second one I bought was no better than the first. The first time I tried it some produce came out. After that, nothing. I confirmed that by shaking the tube over a mirror. No powder residue. Yes I did follow the directions. I say this product is a dud.

Frustrated & Disappointed!!!
I really liked the concept of this product—a powder sunblock in a self contained package. The only problem is I layer other sunblock on my face (hyper sensitive skin) first so there is no way to keep the brush part of the applicator dry. Now, the product is hard to get out of the tube and onto the brush. I don’t think I can clean the brush without ruining the powder. I’m considering busting it open and putting the powder into a mother other container so I can keep using it. I should note that upon first use I liked the way it looked on my skin and the coverage was even.

Skin irritation and difficulty with brush
I really like other Colorescience products, however, this product did not work for me. I followed the enclosed instructions and watched the video regarding how to activate the brush. I was able to see a small amount of powder on the back of my hand but I was never able to flick the brush and see sufficient powder come off it. In addition to this difficulty, the 2x I rubbed the brush lightly on my face, I experienced significant burning. I typically use cosmetic brushes on my face and have never felt this reaction before. I see where another negative review noted this same response. Fortunately I contacted Lovely Skin and they authorized a return.
