This is a staple and daved my hair. After an emotional traumatic event in my life and my hair was shedding. I tried this is September of 2020 with the bio repair thickening shampoo and conditioner and in 4 wks I had so much new baby hairs growth. So all my life I've had thick hair. But my hair stylist noticed a lot more coming out of my head and she suggested this product. And it worked for me and my best friend to whom I recommended it. You are not going to see results immediately so keep using it. I used it and continue to do so once per day. I think the plastic brush that comes with the kit (on another page) also helps. When we wash our hair less frequently we need to stimulate our scalp and like our skin, force turnover and open up the follicles. My hair stylist showed me when she found little one inch hairs growing and now it's full again. I was very skeptical. Definitely get the serum even if you don't do the shampoo and conditioner. This is all I used at first and it worked. I hope it does for you.
