Been using this for about 5 years now. Stylist who introduced me to the product line advised that shampoo and conditioner must be used together. Her words: "the shampoo removes everything and the conditioner puts the good stuff back." I am near 60, with fine, stick-straight hair and I shampoo every 2-3 days.
