I got this in Firecracker. Slightly gritty at first, but melts on the lips to be smooth. If you are looking for a matte lipstick with SPF, then this might be good for you.

Great lip protection
I'm very fair skinned and conscious of the ingredients in my skin products so when I found out COOLA made a lip balm with SPF, I was excited. I like their sunscreens and the lip balm doesn't disappoint. I have 2 shades. They apply easily and don't melt which is nice if you have them in your car.

Love the texture/performance but not the Nude color
As another review mentioned, I too did not prefer the nude color. I have pale skin and it washes me out. It appears chalky. I love the Coola Sugar, but I don't believe it is offered now. I like the texture and the performance and will try another color.

Since I like the COOLA Organic Liplux original formula, I figured this would be even better with a bit of tint. However, this stuff goes on more like a paste than a balm. It seems to me like this Tinted Mineral Liplux is basically some dye added to the white mineral sunscreen. Not a good look for me. I think if you have perfectly smooth lips, it might work for you, but I'll be going back to the original non-tinted version.

misleading photo
I bought the shade nude beach because in the photo the swatch looked like a versatile nude that would compliment my tan skin. When it arrived it was a pale pink color. Definitely not "nude" for darker skin like in the photo. I dont want to go through the hassle of returning it, but I feel completely mislead by how this product was advertised.
