Wanted to like it
I was looking forward to trying this product as I generally like the Coola brand. When applying the lotion, it has a wonderful smell and it did not streak. After the first application, I thought my skin looked great. But after a second application, my skin had a very slight orange hue to it which is the reason I gave it only 3 stars.

I don't think it's a bad product, but it doesn't stand out above other self-tanners. I exfoliated and moisturized my elbows and ankles and applied as directed. The product is white then clear when applied so you can't see if you missed a spot. It took a long time to dry so I felt sticky for quite a while. The next day, the "tan" was very subtle, but it did look darker on my ankles and was streaky in one spot. I wanted a little more color so I applied it again. The result was very fake and somewhat orange looking. The "tan" looked good on areas where I already had some color though. I like that a little goes a long way and that it doesn't smell bad. I'm fair skinned, blonde hair blue eyes, and the color just looks off on me, but might work well for people who already have a little color. I did find it a bit drying as well.

This product alone left me a bit orange, but mixed with a moisturizer it's been good and the "tan" last a few days. The reason I'm giving it only 3 stars is because, for how long a tube lasts, the product is rather pricey. Plus, I tried it on my face - just a small amount - and it broke me out really bad.
