Evening and morning right after cleansing face or arms, I lightly wet my finger and add one pump to my area I want to treat and spread with my wet fingers - even on eyelids ! Then I add my moisturizer or lipid sealer and the moisturizer. I receive many compliments on my smooth skin. I’ve tried not using this and my skin is never as smooth. This totally makes a difference.
