Gentle cleanser
The universal cleansing balm is very gentle on the skin. My skin is overly sensitive and dry. This what I use on a regular basis because it doesn't irritate my skin or dry it out more. It has a somewhat greasy feel on application.

I rather enjoyed this cleansing balm. Being used to using micellar water I never truly felt my skin was clear of make up or spf so when I switched to cleansing balm it really made my skin care routine much easier especially after a long day. Nothing is worse than having trouble removing stubborn eye make up and ending up with raccoon eyes

Could be better
A bit greasy and heavy for me. If it didn’t have the natural oils I’d buy it again. Wouldn’t use it to remove eye makeup because it does irritate. Only for the rest of the face.
