Good primer
This goes on very silky and feels great on my face. It helps somewhat with oily T-zone but I still have to blot my face mid-afternoon. Based on amount of product in tube the tube could be smaller to be more earth friendly.

Great primer (if you shake it)
Really like how smooth this goes on and how easily my foundation applies over it. Took off a star because it separates in the tube and you have to shake it if you don't want straight liquid primer to come out.

Dermablend matte makeup primer
I ordered the Dermablend Poresaver primer for the first time after reading positive reviews. After using for a week now, I like the texture/formula but it definitely has a matte finish. My previous primer had a slight shimmer which provided a glow to my skin. I'm going to try mixing in Dermablend Glow Creator to get some shimmer. I initially applied the primer on my face then followed with foundation but then tried mixing primer/foundation and like that better, plus it saves a step.

Nice application
I don't really believe in primers bc they hardly ever work well and sometimes bead up or are sticky. I use another brand that works extremely well and that I love. This one I purchased bc it was inexpensive for the "no makeup" look for field work and preserving my favorite one by Dermalogica. It went on smooth and flawless (some kind of silica ingredient) for any kind makeup application and staying power was good.
