Smells great
This toner is great and I have used it off and on for years. It adds a little dampness to my skin to help products rub in and smells great. Not a necessity and sometimes the bubbly action when I spray it on is a little much (it has a froth/foaminess to it that other mist I've used don't), but it is a nice addition to my routine, especially during the summer.
