I'm impressed with this product. I put it on my nails every night before bed. I can already tell a huge difference. I've always had thin brittle nails that won't hardly grow. (Im a very picky eater) after using this, my nails are growing! Still thin but I'm sure that takes time. When you use it my nails feel clean afterwards too. Just a drop on each nail bed is all you need.
