Jury is still out
I was so excited to order the FaceWare Pro Mask based on other's positive reviews. My main concerns were dark spots on my right cheek, a tendency to have small black heads on my nose, and the beginning of fine lines around my nose and mouth. I have been using the mask daily, as instructed, for four months now. Unfortunately, I don't see huge results, if any. Bummed, because I had high hopes. I continue to use the mask as it was an expensive investment for me. Also, because the instructions say it takes a couple of months to see results. I'm still hopeful and will continue to use it since I own it.

May be effective but cumbersome to wear
I returned this item as it was heavy and I cannot imagine wearing this everyday, even if only for 3 minutes. No product will work unless you use it consistently and this is not something that I would do.

Bought a couple months ago
I have been using this for a couple months now every day and haven't noticed a difference in my skin. I wouldn't recommend this product. I will not purchase again. And the straps don't stay hooked on the mask or hold the mask on. The mask is too small for my face.

The mask is too small for my face and the lights hurt my eyes. I did not return it because I am hoping that it will still help with the lines on my face. I use a mask on my eyes to help with the bright light.

No noticeable changes
I have used the mask everyday for 15 minutes for 3 weeks, and I don’t see any improvement in my skin. I am 47 and starting to see a lack of elasticity around the lower half of my face. I have also used in conjunction his skin care, the IPL serum, vitamin C collagen serum. The mask is fairly comfortable to wear. I have also noticed small red bumps under the skin from wearing this on the upper cheekbone, I have three now! Not sure I’ll keep doing this the red bumps are not going away either.
