I really enjoy how this moisturizer feels when I first apply it. I have sensitive skin and this is a very soothing moisturizer. However, I find that it pills up terribly, and peels off of my face in little bits. I have no idea whether this is purely the moisturizer, or an interaction with one of my other products, but either way, it isn’t functional. I like everything else about this moisturizer but because of the pilling, I wouldn’t repurchase it. I can tolerate it for night time use, but I don’t like it. Some might not mind it as much while sleeping, some might be bothered by it.

This works well as a nighttime moisturizer. It is thicker than some I’ve used- but it seems to spread out quickly. As a mature woman- sometimes I need the extra moisture- even though my skin is not terribly dry. I like to use a anti aging serum underneath it for sure- but overall it is a very good moisturizer. I have mixed feelings on this one. Some evenings when I apply it it stings (always stings around eyes so don’t apply on eye area) and then it dries down and my face feels tight and not moisturized but some evenings when I apply it it feels great and dries down nice. I started using a retinoid two months ago so I believe this is why. It seems as though when my skin is more irritated then this will sting. But I have tried a few moisturizers and they all sting sometimes. I’m going to keep using it because I’m guessing when my skin calms down this will work nicely.
