I love all EltaMD facial sunscreens. This one is designed for aging skin. It is moisturizing and gentle. I have mild rosacea and it does not irritate my skin. Although it is not tinted, it gives my complexion a soft glow. I feel comfortable wearing this sunscreen without adding foundation. But when I do apply foundation, it goes on smoothly over the sunscreen. Give it a try!

The EltaMD facial spf30 is very good for my slightly dry, mature, sensitive skin. I would like it to be a little more protective than spf30 but that would require more mineral ingredients which would make it a bit sticky and shiny. So far I have not found a sunscreen that is absolutely perfect but this one comes close.
