Elta MD Sunscreen is the best
Over the past several years, my entire family has used EltaMD products. Originally recommended by my dermatologist, Elta MD has proven to be our go-to sunscreen company. The EltaMD UV Sheer is great for me because it goes on easily, is unnoticeable, leaves no color or film on my skin or clothes. It is a strong, effective sunscreen, which I need as my skin is very sun sensitive. I like the water resistant quality because I swim a lot. EltaMD was one of the brands recommended by my dermatologist & once I started using the UV Broad Spectrum Tinted, I never stopped. Now that I’ve used the UV Sheer line, it’s my new favorite.

This sunscreen just glides smoothly on—no white residue left on your skin. No heaviness to the feel of it. I have used the Sport version of this sunscreen for years and love it for the protection, but I’ve now switched to this one as I get the same 50+ broad spectrum protection I need, but this is so much lighter on my skin.

I have used all forms of Elta MD for years. Have had to step up the SPF for my face and decided to try the UV Sheer SPF 50 as I was recently diagnosed with skin cancer on my nose. It is sheer, it does have a very slight sun screen smell compared to some of their other products, but it immediately blends in and the smell dissipates.
