Works well, but burns eyes
I love that this is a more natural makeup remover but it really really burns if you get some in your eyes when removing eye makeup like mascara which is a bummer. I hope they can adjust the formula a bit to prevent this.

Not so great at primary function
I found it didn't dissolve waterproof mascara that well, and it made my eyes water. Not greasy at all and wipes off easily. I returned this even - which is the first of 12 Eminence products I've done that with.

A little harsh
Felt confident ordering any Eminence product. As a makeup remover, I found this product too harsh on my eyes. It does clean my makeup off, but I would prefer a more gentle product.

I'm not totally sold on this eye makeup remover. I've been using it consistently for several weeks, and I can't seem to find the right amount to use -- too little and the makeup doesn't come off easily...too much and it burns like the dickens in my eyes. Not sure how I feel about this product.
