Great toner
Yes, this is a bit pricey but I really noticed when I don’t use it. It smells like Tahiti and balances the pH of my skin, which then intern makes all my other products more effective. I live in a building that is 130 years old and so the internal piping has a lot of metal and I have very hard water. So I spray this toner after I cleanse and it definitely brings my skin back to a neutral pH.
