Reviews For Eminence Organics Wildflower Cleansing Balm
Just 'okay,' wouldn't purchase again
I bought this cleanser because I needed a gentle cleanser that didn't have any AHA's or BHA's in it to use after a professional peel. I don't hate it, but I definitely don't love it. It smells wonderful, but I agree with the reviews that it just doesn't really feel like it "cleans" your face. It has more of an oily feeling (to me it really has the feel of a precleanser), and I feel like I need to use a lot more of this than I should to feel like I'm actually cleaning my face. If you are someone who uses a precleanser, this might be a good choice. I personally do not, therefore I do not like feeling like I need to wash my face a second time after using this. It also doesn't remove makeup very well. Overall, at the very high price point, I would not purchase this again.

Wildflower cleansing balm
This on the ho cleanser helps with removal of makeup or simply use it when your on the go with or without water for added emulsion to prevent the skin of having its natural oil strip. The packing is great for travel or midday gym workouts to help keep this skin fresh and clean.

Beautiful
"Beautiful" is the number one adjective I use to describe Eminence products, and this balm exemplifies everything that I love about the brand. It has a sophisticated texture and scent and I look forward to using it every time. Effective and a pleasure to use.

Winter relief
Perfect for cold winter months when a gel or foam would leave your skin dry and tight.

Wildflower cleansing balm
This is by far the best makeup remover I have ever used. My skin feels so clean and smooth after using this product. Will definitely buy again.

Doesn't FEEL like it does much, but it does!
First off, the smell of this product is my favorite thing about it. When I apply it, it feels as though it just smears across my face doing nothing, but it does a good job of removing my makeup and sunscreen. I do always follow up with a face wash. I love how my skin feels nourished and moisturized after its use. Will definitely be buying again.

Leaves oily residue after using
This balm leaves an oily residue on my skin - and if I remove it, defeats the purpose of cleansing and have to use a second product. If I leave it, my face breaks out and I don't think the actives in products I apply after are being absorbed. I love Eminence, and slowly they have discontinued my favorite facial washes. First was the Monoi wash - you can still get it with exfoliating crystals - but I don't like that version nor need it. Then the sweet red rose cleanser became unavailable. This is also their most expensive cleanser - I think I can do better.

Great makeup remover that doesn't strip skin.
I was hesitant to purchase this balm because of my combo skin. It was in the heat of summer, and here were zero reviews. But, I was looking for a great, gentle makeup remover, so I took a change since Eminence has never disappointed. This is it! I was unsure after the first few uses because of the consistency (it's a balm, so it feels "oily" if you don''t mix with water), and I was worried it would make me break out. Surprisingly, it doesn't cause breakouts, and it's WONDERFUL at removing all makeup (eye makeup included). It's moisturizing to boot, which is an added bonus, it smells delightful, and there are 2 ways to use it on it's own, or mixed with water to create a milk-like consistency. I follow up with one of my Eminence gel cleansers (mangosteen, or stone crop) for washing off the balm. It leaves your skin so refreshed and clean without being stripped of natural oils.
