Finally! Holy Grail Sunscreen
I have no idea why it took me so long to find this sunscreen - I have searched high and low for years and had managed to miss this stuff until now. It is just what I was looking for. Something with a mix of chemical and mineral spf, without oxybenzone or avobenzone (my skin hates this and gets red, itchy, and reactive and I notice worse hyperpigmentation when using sunscreens with this in it). I also wanted something that was water resistant, does not leave a white cast, and does not feel like a suffocating film on my skin (something I get if a product is loaded with silicones). I have tried drugstore, Asian sunscreens (I love them... but they make me break out and I can't figure out why), mineral, chemical, high end, budget... This product does not leave a white cast (I have light skin, but so many sunscreens leave me looking pale and ghostly and almost sick) and leaves my skin looking healthy. I got so tired of sunscreens claiming to be "sheer" or "no white cast" only to have them leave me sickly and pale looking. So many of them were also super thick, tacky, and miserable to wear. I wish I could name off the brand names because I have truly tried almost all of them. It starts out very shiny looking but does end up drying down to a more natural look. Previously I was using a budget tinted, all mineral sunscreen... but it was super drying and was SO matte. I would rather be slightly shiny than totally matte any day. This stuff feels more like a moisturizer, does not sting, and is enjoyable to wear.

I like it, but do have one issue
I do like this sunscreen, except that it makes my face incredibly shiny after use no matter how much I use, and for some reason it dries my skin out around my nose and mouth, but nowhere else. So now I'm using it for my neck, hands, etc, anywhere I need it and it's perfect everywhere else, just not on my face. Great price point, no white cast for me.

I've been using this sunscreen for years. Coverage is great. I've never been burned, even when I forget to reapply. I have very dry skin and this seems to help with keeping my skin moisturized. It goes on a little oily but quickly absorbs into the skin and gives me a matte finish.
