Super soapy smell and skin broke out

Unfortunately, my skin didn’t like this moisturizer. It kind of burned and I broke out in hives. I tried it for a few weeks to see if my skin was just purging since it’s new to my regimen and it just didn’t work for me. It also has a very strong soapy smell. Smells don’t usually bother me, but this one did unfortunately.
