I've only used this on my very chapped lips and it works ok but I also think there are others on the market that are even better. I'm not sure about the cortisone and doing anything to help. Not sure this is my go-to lip balm during the winter months but I do like it!

This works well for eczema, however over the counter hydrocortisone cream works just as well and is much cheaper.
