I received an adorable sample of this lip balm months ago & waited for my lips to chap in the winter, even kept it on the ledge of my vanity in view ... but they didn't chap due to the mildness of it. Then recently I used a sample of a night cream with retinol on my face that caused a horrible reaction, nothing helped heal it.
