UGH! Way too many bells and whistles that I don't want or need.
I thought I was just replacing my old Foreo, which I forgot at a hotel. I loved it for getting waterproof sunscreen off my face. But why oh why did they need to make it Bluetooth (to use up my phone battery faster??) and so complicated? I just want to turn it on, clean my face, and turn it off. I don't want them having all my information. I am hoping I can return it and find a simple cleaning device again. UGH!!

Excellent product
So the biggest surprise with this product was that I couldn’t just turn it on once I took it out of the packaging I had to log into the app, provide my purchase receipt, etc. That was a bit of a hassle but the product is very very good and it doesn’t take up a lot of room on the counter and you can take it in the shower. So while I liked one from another brand, I preferred the Luna 4 from Foreo. I like the fact that it doesn’t have a stand so one less thing on the counter and it’s very streamlined and doesn’t take up a lot of space whether I leave it in the shower or on the counter. The Nion Luxe is another good alternative. And the Nion products in general are a good alternative for a face cleaning device, especially if you want a handle . However I can see why the Foreo is labeled a staff favorite
